We will get back to you via email with availability, total price including mandatory cleaning and booking conditions. Before confirming, we check the same apartment and the entire stay in our own bookings as well as on Airbnb and Booking.com. Your request does not reserve any nights and you pay nothing here. The booking is only valid when you have received our booking confirmation.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR STAY

Multiple apartments? Floor 2 sleeps 8, Floor 3 sleeps 7 and the Attic sleeps 4. You can book all three together for up to 19 guests if they are available on the same dates.

Book direct in Borås: 7% off the base accommodation rate compared with our Airbnb rate for the same apartment, dates and terms. The discount is included in your quote. Cleaning and extra-guest fees are not discounted.

Extra guests when booking directly: The base price for Floors 2 and 3 covers up to 4 guests per apartment. Guests 5–6: SEK 250 per person per night. Guests 7–8: SEK 350 per person per night, within the apartment’s maximum occupancy. These charges are included in your total quote.

Cleaning and price: Floors 2 and 3: SEK 631 per apartment, including short stays. The Attic: SEK 250 for 2 nights, otherwise SEK 400. The fee is mandatory, charged once per rented apartment and stay, and included in the total price before booking.

Kitchen and wifi: All three apartments have wifi and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are included. Free parking for one car per apartment.

Laundry: Floors 2 and 3 have their own washing machine. The attic floor has access to a washing machine and dryer in the building.

Check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Pets are not allowed.

FOR A PLEASANT STAY
Please be considerate of neighbours and other guests. Avoid loud music and disruptive noise, especially in the evening and at night. Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking indoors is not allowed.

Your booking covers the number of guests stated in your reservation. Please contact us in advance if this changes. The garden and outdoor seating areas are shared with other residents.

Parking: Please park alongside the fence and leave enough space for other cars.

BEFORE YOU LEAVE
• Place used bed linen and towels in the laundry basket and leave it in the stairwell outside the kitchen door.
• Load the dishwasher and start it.
• Dispose of ordinary rubbish. Leave cans and bottles in the kitchen – we will take care of the recycling.
• Switch off other appliances, turn off the lights and close all windows.
• Lock the door and return the key to the key box. Close the key box and scramble the number wheels so that the code is no longer visible.
